How does geofence verification work?+
You set a radius between 50m and 500m around your workplace. When an employee tries to clock in, their GPS position is checked against that boundary. Clock-ins outside the zone are blocked or flagged automatically.
What happens if an employee forgets to clock out?+
Shike auto-closes the shift after a grace period you define. The recorded clock-out time is always the scheduled end time — not the moment of auto-close — so the record stays accurate.
